The Truman Show: An Adventure in a Fake World. Truman Burbank lives a seemingly perfect life in an idyllic town, but he doesn’t know that his entire world is fake.
Since birth, his life has been broadcast as a massive TV show, and everyone around him is an actor. Slowly, Truman starts to notice that something is off and embarks on an adventure to uncover the truth. He tries to escape the control of the TV show producers. The Truman Show is an exciting and funny story about courage, friendship, and the quest for truth.

Tickets cost €3.50 (+ €1.50 entertainment tax from the municipality of Amsterdam) and the show is intended for children and teenagers—too old for Pluk MINI, but too young for the evening program. Parents stay outside; they can enjoy a drink at the Plukbar, gaze over the IJ, or chat by the fire. Be sure to buy your ticket in advance. This youth film is shown in the circus tent (filled with bean bags and beer benches) and it can fill up quickly. After the film, there’s an opportunity to dance in De Stille Nachtclub. Terrain opens at 6:30 PM, and the film starts at 7:30 PM.
