We often get asked: When can we finally buy tickets? The answer is that our programme usually goes online only 2-3 weeks before the festival. But great news: this year you can buy your ticket early through our presale!
How does it work?
With a presale ticket for Amsterdam or Utrecht, you buy access to an open-air film screening โ with a nice discount โ before the programme is even announced. After your purchase, you’ll immediately receive a personal reservation code in your inbox. When the programme goes online in July, you can use that code to choose your screening.
Here’s how it works step by step:
- Now: you buy a ticket with discount
- Right after: you receive your personal code
- In July: the programme goes online
- With your code: you reserve a spot at the screening of your choice
We keep spots available for presale visitors at each screening, so you won’t be faced with a sold-out evening.
Multiple tickets? No problem
Want to buy a few for yourself and your friends? Or go to different screenings? No problem. You can buy multiple presale tickets, and you can check your remaining credit anytime on this page.
What does it cost?
Amsterdam: โฌ8.50 per ticket + โฌ1.50 VMR (that’s the municipal tax โ unfortunately there’s nothing we can do about that)
Utrecht: โฌ8.50 per ticket
Later, when the presale is over, a regular ticket costs:
Utrecht: โฌ9.50
Amsterdam: โฌ9.50 + โฌ1.50 VMR
Why are we doing this?
Well, for you it’s obviously super convenient โ you’re guaranteed a spot and you pay less. For us it means we can plan ahead a bit and make the festival possible. Win-win, as they say!
